Onion being the main crops of
the province, Our company’s active as agriculture procurement of best
quality raw material. To ensure best quality finish control is exercised at
every stage from allows a large quantity of raw onions to be stored for
later Processing.
Before process, each and every onion bulb is checked for colour and
maturity, peeled, mechanically drum washed with continuous flow of fresh
water, then chopped in different sizes. Once again chopped onion are socked
in a fresh water tub to eliminate skin and foreign material . |

Cleaned and washed chopped onions then transferred to dryer’s feed point.
Here, required temperature and step wise checking continuously watch by
experts to remain all natural elements of onion.
To reduce moisture as per international standards, A bin dryer process and
weathering timing is permitted. The material pass from bin dryer, through
magnet plate to filch metal material in any.

This dehydrate onions are transferred to fully air conditioned sorting and
packing room. By blower, skin or any other smaller particle will flown away.
Grading is undertaken as per international sizes called as Whole Ring,
Slices, Kibbled, Flakes and Chops.
At last again material passes through magnet fitted feeding point before
packing in a high quality moisture proof poly bag. All process are under
taken by experienced and skilled people in hygienic and temperature control
insect free packing room.
In this up to end process, our experts constantly watching to produce
products as per parameters of international standard quality.
